GymHealth.AI is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information. Section 6 explains that live video sessions are recorded and transcribed, and how we use those recordings.
GymHealth.AI ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered fitness coaching platform operated by GymHealth.AI, Inc. Our platform is accessible at gymhealth.ai and connects clients with certified fitness trainers and AI-powered coaching tools.

We collect information you provide directly when creating an account or using our services:
With your explicit consent, GymHealth.AI may access data from connected wearable devices and health platforms including Apple Health, Google Health (which includes Fitbit and Pixel Watch data), Oura, WHOOP, and Garmin. This data may include:
Wearable data is used solely to personalize your AI coaching experience. We do not sell wearable data to third parties. You may disconnect any wearable device at any time from Settings → Connected Devices, which immediately revokes our access to that data.
Google Health. GymHealth.AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use data from Google Health only to provide and improve the user-facing coaching features you request. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
GymHealth.AI uses Anthropic's Claude AI to power the AI coaching experience. When you interact with the AI Coach, the following data is transmitted to Anthropic's servers to generate your personalized coaching responses:
This data is transmitted solely for the purpose of generating coaching responses. Anthropic does not use your personal fitness data to train AI models. Anthropic's data processing is governed by their Privacy Policy, which provides equivalent data protection standards. You can review Anthropic's privacy practices at anthropic.com/privacy.
By using the AI Coach feature, you consent to this data sharing with Anthropic. You may opt out at any time by discontinuing use of the AI Coach feature.
Live video sessions between clients and trainers are conducted through the Platform's built-in video tool, which is provided by our service provider Daily.co. Every session is recorded (audio and video) and automatically transcribed. A notice that the session is being recorded is shown each time before you join. Recording and use of recordings are also covered by Sections 7 and 8 of our Terms of Service.
What we do with recordings and transcripts:
Recordings may include sensitive information such as your appearance, body, voice, surroundings, and any health or fitness details you discuss or show. If anyone else may be seen or heard in your session, you are responsible for making sure they know about and agree to the recording.
Your conversations with the GymHealth.AI coach are stored to provide continuity between sessions and to improve the quality of coaching recommendations. Conversation history is associated with your account and is never shared with other users or sold to third parties. Conversations may be reviewed by our team solely for quality assurance and safety purposes.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure database storage via Supabase with row-level security, and server-side handling of all API keys and OAuth client secrets. Wearable access tokens are stored on your device and, for some integrations (including Google Health), in our database, and are transmitted only over encrypted connections.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (such as payment records which are retained for 7 years per financial regulations).
Session transcripts, and recordings that we choose to keep, are retained as described in Section 6. Clips that have already been published, and AI models that have already been trained, cannot always be undone or reversed after the fact.

GymHealth.AI is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.
We use localStorage and session storage in your browser to maintain your login state, cached fitness data, and app preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites (such as trainer social profiles or exercise video links). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform, and we may ask you to accept the new version. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
